📍 Local Spotlight — Concussion Awareness Advocates Support Group
Formerly the Westmoreland County Concussion Awareness Group (WCCAG), the Concussion Awareness Advocates Support Group provides peer support, education, and advocacy for individuals and families navigating concussion and TBI recovery in our region. Support groups can be especially helpful for individuals experiencing persistent post-concussive symptoms, emotional changes, or identity shifts following brain injury. We encourage clients and community members to explore this local resource alongside professional counseling.
