Why Darin King Counseling Exists
Darin King Counseling was founded by Darin King, LPC after years of working within large organizations and seeing how easily the individual gets lost in the system. Clients become caseloads. Care becomes standardized. The person in front of you stops being a person.
Darin built this practice to do the opposite. Small, intentional, and genuinely client-centered — a space where people get the care they deserve, delivered by therapists who have the time and training to actually provide it.
We are a group practice based in Westmoreland County with offices in Ruffsdale and Pittsburgh. All services are delivered via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth — available to every Pennsylvania resident regardless of where they live.

We maintain offices in both Ruffsdale (Westmoreland County) and Pittsburgh (Liberty Ave) — but all therapy sessions are delivered via secure telehealth, making our services accessible to every Pennsylvania resident without the need to commute.
