What You Bring
- Empathy, compassion, and a non‑judgmental approach.
- Knowledge of ethical and confidentiality guidelines (HIPAA‑compliant care).
- Comfort working fully remote via secure telehealth.
- Designated, private office space free from distractions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed.
- Experience providing individual, couples, and group sessions.
What We Provide
- Marketing and steady client referrals.
- Billing support and credentialing assistance.
- CEU reimbursement.

- Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Compensation (1099 Split)
| License | Split |
|---|---|
| LAPC | 50% Clinician / 50% Practice (ability to earn up to 55%) |
| LPC or LCSW | 60% Clinician / 40% Practice(ability to earn up to 65%) |
These are independent contractor roles (1099). Contractors manage their own taxes and benefits. Split is negotiable based on experience and certifications.
